Project Brief:

A relatively unchanged house over the years, built circa 1942 with good bones, the home is now accommodating a young family who have a view to bring the house up to current levels of amenity. A real change from the open living concept, the couple wanted very distinct areas of the house to be closed off to let the kids really go crazy without driving the parents crazy . Of course, the kitchen is a very open communal affair, as is the backyard and the covered-in outdoor area where the family all come together – including the dog!
